You can test these simulators before purchasing.

In the Steam store there is an option to download a demo version (you must first create a Steam account if you do not have one).

Click on the corresponding image to go to the Steam account of your choice:

Since it is for testing, you could download the full version of both, an unofficial version, prepared by Grupo El Amigos (it is not always updated to the latest version):
